By installing or using the ProTabs browser extension ("ProTabs"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use ProTabs.
Subject to these Terms, LogicalWe grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ProTabs for your personal or internal business use. ProTabs, including its code, design, name, and logos, remains the property of LogicalWe.
ProTabs is offered in a Free tier and paid tiers. The Free tier is subject to feature limits enforced inside the extension, including caps on the number of Spaces, Sessions per Space, and Resource sections per Space. Paid tiers raise or remove these limits according to the plan you purchase. Limits, features, and pricing may change for future versions; paid subscriptions already in effect will be honored for the term you have paid for.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute ProTabs except to the extent expressly permitted by logicalWe (“We” - The original owner of the product) and applicable law.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with tier gating, license validation, or update mechanisms.
- Use ProTabs to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, or process data you do not have the right to handle.
- Use ProTabs in a way that disrupts the Google Drive API, the Chrome Web Store, or any other third-party service the extension relies on.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your Spaces, Sessions, Resources, and any backups uploaded to your own Google Drive. ProTabs stores most data locally on your device; cloud backup is optional and uses your own Drive storage. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to delete your data.
ProTabs is updated from time to time. Critical updates may be required for security or compatibility; the extension will prompt you to reload when a minimum supported version is in effect. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
ProTabs integrates with Google Drive when you enable backup. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. LogicalWe is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
ProTabs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LogicalWe does not warrant that ProTabs will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that backups will always succeed. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of any critical data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicalWe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, tabs, or sessions, arising out of or in connection with your use of ProTabs. LogicalWe's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for ProTabs in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you used only the Free tier, USD 0.
You may stop using ProTabs at any time by uninstalling the extension. LogicalWe may suspend or terminate your license to use paid features if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including license restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive.
Refund eligibility for paid plans is described at the point of purchase. If no specific policy is shown at checkout, paid plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 14 days of purchase by contacting help@logicalwe.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced in release notes. Your continued use of ProTabs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
